Instruction:

Total project management of a rail connectable 25m high temperature controlled storage facility for confectionery. The building includes automated vehicle offloading, pallet transfer and retrieval supplies with 10 fixed path cranes. An innovative cooling system was developed to enable the chilling of the 550,000m³ highbay at minimal running cost with sprinkler tanks acting as a cold store being cooled at night. Also includes 25 loading doors, 1,400 sq.ft of offices and provision for a rail link into the site.
