By Road

• Exit M25 at Junction 25 taking the northbound A10 exit.
• At the first roundabout take the third exit signposted Cheshunt, Waltham Cross A121.
• At the next roundabout turn left on to Crossbrook Street signposted Cheshunt B176.
• After 400m you will pass underneath a railway bridge. (Theobalds Grove BR Station)
• Take the 4th turning on your left into Friends Avenue and then first right into our car park.

By Train

• Theobalds Grove BR Station is on the London Liverpool Street to Hertford East line with trains at half hourly intervals outside the rush hours.
• All trains stop at Seven Sisters which offers a Victoria Line Underground connection.
• Come out of the station and turn left into Crossbrook Street, under the railway bridge and The Grange is 400m along on the left at the junction with Friends Avenue.
• Reception is through the side gate in Friends Avenue.
