Disposal

We are experienced in the marketing and disposal of a wide range of property types and tenure.

Our disposal service includes negotiation of lease surrenders with landlords including settling dilapidation claims, reinstatement and back-to-back granting of leases.

Investment

In addition to the standard sale and leaseback options for raising capital on new build or existing property, sbh has experience in operating lease projects using off balance sheet funding. This innovative approach has enabled major projects to proceed which might not otherwise have been financially viable.
