Having project managed the construction of L’Oréal’s existing 22,000m² warehouse in Trafford Park in 2004, sbh was appointed again as tenant’s agent to project manage the 5,000m² extension.

sbh also monitored the extension of L’Oréal’s existing services including CCTV, sprinklers, racking, lighting and heating.

With an eaves height of 11.5m, this £2,000,000 extension of L’Oréal’s storage and distribution facilities will help the cosmetics company to further increase its logistics capabilities.
