Clients Brief

A 6m internal height production area with a 14m high bay section for a specialised production plant. Offices, conference facilities and a welfare block including a canteen, toilets and washing facilities. Designed to comply with the latest environmental and energy-management legislation, the building achieving a very good BREEAM rating.

Highbridge Properties supplied a completed shell with heating, lighting, power and other utilities in place for BAE. sbh acted as employer’s agent for Highbridge and helped specify and project manage the additional facilities and services needed for BAE’s advanced munitions manufacturing technology as well as the base build.
