Clients Brief

Project management of the construction of an extension to the client’s existing manufacturing facility incorporating 61,000 sq.ft of factory space and 5,500 sq.ft of office above an undercroft car park – all on a live operational site.

The extension links onto the existing building with 5 additional level-access loading doors.

Enhancements include a new paint shop, a modern test centre, assembly and storage facilities designed to deliver improved lead times and higher quality levels.

We are currently employed on a further expansion phase.
