The site accommodates 225,000 sq.ft in 2 phases. Phase 1 was 199,000 sq.ft including 114,000 sq.ft of warehouse, 64,000 sq.ft of cross-docking facility, and 21,000 sq.ft of offices. Phase 2 extends the cross docked facility by 26,000 sq.ft

Retained as Dachser’s consultant during construction.  Also responsible for the disposal of the company’s 4 existing buildings in Northampton.
